Journal/Planner Haul

I am so into planners and journals right now that I think I'm driving my family crazy. I go in spurts with things: making bracelets, paper beads, etc. Right now it's planners. Part of my craze is because I have a mini binder that will take a half sheet of 8 1/2" x 11" paper and I'm creating my own pages. This haul, however, includes journals that will not fit a 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of paper but, like I said, I am on a journal craze and once I saw these I knew I had to have them!

They came packaged like a brick of drugs which, if you know me, they kinda are like drugs to me! After all, I couldn't say no to purchasing them when I discovered them. It was certainly love at first sight!

I have been in love with the Gorjuss Girl stamps for a while and have a pretty good collection of them--not too big, but not too small. While I was looking up the planners I keep seeing in YouTube videos (Kikki K, Filofax, Daytimer, etc) I came across Gorjuss Girl planners, by Santoro and I knew I absolutely had to have them!

The first journal I bought is a little pocket journal, approximately 4" x 6". I love this size because it fits into purses really well, or if I want to travel with it, the little book doesn't take up much size.

I love journals that include ribbon bookmarks so I can always find the next place I need to write, but this one has gone a step further with various "chapters" created, some with lined pages and others with blank pages.

I picked out this planner because I could not resist it. As I said before, I saw photos of the planners online and fell in love. I was so pleased that I loved them as much in person as I did when I first saw the photos. This particular planner is a travel journal so there are sections for planning trips, diary pages for your adventures, and friends addresses to record.

Some dividers have envelopes to tuck memorabilia into.

Each section has pages tailored to the specific requirement of that category.

And the graphics on the corner of the pages are beautiful.

I was pleasantly surprised (and relieved!) to find my next two planners were actually journals--which was fantastic because what would I do with 3 new planners when I've been creating my own? I am a blue girl but I could not resist the beautiful green in the cover of this journal, or the little girl wearing the striped socks! (I have the matching stamp!)

The insides of the journal are very simple: a pocket envelope in the front, with beautiful journal pages that follow.

The second planner I picked out is, of course, blue! I still cannot resist blue, especially when it looks so sophisticated and, yes, gorjuss!

The planner has the perfect feel of businesslike with the tweed, cozy with the felt, and playful with the girl images. I couldn't ask for a better planner than this (unless they come out with a Treeson one!)

  1. ummm these are like the cutest planners EVER! I'm going to check them out!

    1. Aren't they!?! I've owned some Gorjuss Girl stamps for a while and when I saw these I had to own some immediately, and it is taking every ounce of my will power not to make another order. And the quality is great!
